Michael Germano

Developed over many batches. Written down honestly.

Hi, I'm Michael.

Sauces, cakes, jellies, and the occasional whole bird. I cook by weight, rarely nail it the first time, and photograph the whole mess along the way. The failures are in here too, because that is usually where the recipe actually got good.
